This Supplier Code of Conduct establishes the standards, expectations, and principles that guide our relationships with suppliers, contractors, consultants, service providers, and strategic partners.
We expect every supplier working with Weigeaux to operate with integrity, comply with applicable laws and regulations, protect human rights, maintain safe workplaces, safeguard intellectual property, and conduct business in a responsible and ethical manner.

Safe Working Conditions
Suppliers shall provide safe facilities, adequate sanitation, drinking water, emergency response procedures, and protective equipment where required by law or operational necessity.

Suppliers are encouraged to continuously improve workplace health and safety performance through risk assessments, employee engagement, corrective actions, and proactive management practices.

Protection of Intellectual Property
Suppliers shall respect all intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, engineering methodologies, proprietary processes, and confidential business information.
Confidential Information
Suppliers shall protect confidential information received from Weigeaux, customers, partners, or third parties and shall use such information only for authorized business purposes.
Joint Innovation Activities

Technology Commercialization Integrity
Suppliers shall not misuse, copy, disclose, distribute, commercialize, or otherwise exploit proprietary information without appropriate authorization.

Suppliers are responsible for implementing and maintaining systems that support compliance with this Code.
Leadership Responsibility

Suppliers should maintain appropriate records, documentation, and monitoring processes that demonstrate compliance with this Code.
Corrective Action
When issues are identified, suppliers are expected to address them promptly, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement efforts.
Reporting Concerns
Suppliers are encouraged to raise concerns regarding potential violations of law, ethical misconduct, conflicts of interest, workplace safety, intellectual property misuse, or other activities inconsistent with this Code.
Weigeaux will review concerns in good faith, investigate appropriately, and support an environment where issues can be reported without fear of retaliation.
